The right protects the work from being used or reproduced without the author´s permission .
Licensed software
Licensed software is software which you can use after “signing” the license agreement. It is often distributed with product ID number. Some commercial software also requires activation key (a part of installation process).
Licensing agreement
Licensing agreement gives you the right to use the product and more detailed rules how to use the product.
You should know that:
Commercial software (paid) is subject to copyright (copy only for backing up purpose).
You should always read and follow licensing agreement.
Single user copies cannot be used on more than one computer (we need site licence).
Software piracy (illegal duplication, distribution, sale, use, ....) is a criminal offence.
